Can I change the name on my ticket?

Need to change the name on your ticket? Here’s how:

  1. Log into your Xorbia Tickets account
  2. Under the Ticket Information tab [1] select Ticket Options [2]
  3. A drop-down menu will be displayed. Select Register Attendees [3]
  4. Enter in the full name that you wish to appear on the ticket. If you’ve purchased more than one ticket, you’ll see fields for “Attendee 1,” “Attendee 2,” “Attendee 3,” etc.

Congratulations, that's it! If you need to re-print the tickets with the updated names click on the Ticket Information tab and select More Options > Download Tickets.

NOTE: You need to have a Xorbia Tickets account set up before you can change the name on your ticket. If you purchased tickets without creating an account just  create a new account using the email address associated with your order. Once you've created a new account you can log in and complete the name change.
