Help! I can't find the email with my tickets

Bought tickets but can't seem to find the email with your ticket download? We've got you covered!

First things first. Sometimes our emails can get caught up in the junk mail filter. Do an inbox search for "ticket delivery" and see if you can locate the email that way.

Didn't work? No problem! Click here to retrieve tickets using the email address and billing info associated with your order. Don't forget! If you logged in using Facebook be sure to enter the email address associated with your Facebook account.
